Socialize to Work - why ?

Recently, but not quite heard and have been asked for to socialize with people in the work area to get tasks complete.

Is this not, seeding for corruption! The definition of corruption simply put is - to make inferior by alteration.

What I meant by bring this thought here, is about building expectation of biases in work.

Quality consciousness and effective execution, can they not be achieve by following simpler rule.

Someone may put it into prospective of everyone having so much to do, or being asked to do so much, shall be manipulated (badly put) to serve the greatest of all purposes you are driving.
Does it imply by nature of of doing business, in basic - someone has definitely not done the job right (definitely argumentative) ... 
a. The plan was not right - The plan after all is a plan and cannot accommodate all the events / contingency that may occur. But then isn't it part of the plan to build contingency into it. Who can and rather how can, one aptly decide the time required to do the job, after all when we say how much, influenced by "being", bring in perspective of not the executor, but the planner. And the basis is then justified by either the average (backed by no study) or by illustration of who might have known to have done

Are you scared to do the sacred !

In last two days, read two self-retaliation, or just self-advertising, may be self-actualization; don't plan to analyse currently thou on the nature or the purpose of confessions. What I felt was a voice of an alter-ego, is it actually, at-least believe it to be. The point here is how much of the 'integrating' or the 'morality' towards oneself, encompassing for those whom we, or for the objective of, work, have we or we want. Of course the objectivity could be different, based on ...

Doing the right, doesn't necessary is right anymore, or may, depending on how big your pay-check can influence, the subsequent as well. So, shall we get and be part of the herd; I am definitely not saying, I don't - as the recent exemplification of the action that I have taken have been influenced not by the purpose but for multiple reasons, of being in-league of trendiness, overcome self-implied judgmental provocativeness, was an unfitting decision. But, the consoling part of the behavior is the non-obligatory nature of the disposition on self-indulgence....

History Repeats

Few minutes back, I notices the Chase Bank website is not responding for customer login. I thought about this writing not to be critical on the site or the bank, but back here again just to share some thoughts. I will though come back to it later thou, and would like to share what happened in between.

My notion so far, was, banking probably may be one sector where the company might not be able to afford to restrict it services for whatsoever reason to not their consumers. But why so? Bearing the same, my first thought was to validate (and being a techie, as I personally feel about myself) the home frontier, for accessibility. No, to my dismay, also fortune for a simple and selfish reason, my visit was not time critical.

Now, about the power of the media, it was difficult to believe that no news items, that I could found on Google, was published. The search also revealed - 

a. The site has been down in the past, with much ado, and subservience around the news (its being almost a year and a half - 14th Sep 2010)

b. The service index (subjective) of the service industry we (people on the net) need credibility towards - to which my reading does not give me a lot of proud for what prejudice, I carry. 

And this is thought, where the inclination of historic (banking) usage reminds of, taking away from the 'taken-for-granted' infinitival demand for accessibility.

Ye dil bhi zid pe adaa hai kisi bachche ki tarah, Ya to sab kuch hi isse chahiye ya kuch bhi nahi! 

(Our heart is being stubborn, of either getting everything or nothing)

Browsing through the pile of really old mails, encountered a piece to cherish, and so thought of sharing.

And the one-month long preparations for them.

Of the stressful Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual Exams,
And the most enjoyed holidays after them.

We learnt, we enjoyed, we played, we won, we lost, We laughed, we cried,
we fought, we thought.

So much experience, all this and more.

I m frustrated

Working on an issue, between a vendor and a client for last 3 months, I kept as much calm 'as needed' (won't say as much possible). So far, got baffled many a times either by vendors in-responsive or from within the client team itself (for whom its - pain in the neck).

Still ... :)

Finally, 2 days back, vendor passed the buck ... again, this time on contribution from development team. And, being a ping-pong ball in this game (sophisticated way of putting - coordinating), focus drifted in finding out what and why of the current solution-state (stating it as 'problem', after so long, just aggravates the dis-appointment of how, preference of saying "not my problem" over "lets get it done" seems to observed by too many - that's my count-of course), gathering evidence (being a case - even though not of court-room), and victims (I couldn't find a better correlation with problem-solver; because they are most desperate, of the circumstance).
Yeah, back to the topic ... for those whom I considered victim, desirable to obtain solution, might not surely be - again just because there is always a trenchant gap between 'should' and 'would' has in the real world (again, prospective).

I learnt, guts you have can proportionate to fact denial ability. How: "Benefit" of organized systems gives traceability; but there is always known difference between responsibility and accountability - I believe an analogy possible here is with 'should-ness' n 'would-ness'.

Adding this, after writing last statement:
Raze of frustration - thought of reminding (more than anything - wanted to preach) those "I" considered irresponsible. So, I did 2 things - actually one followed another - as thought are never stable (now, I feel, good that I took long enough for breeze of thoughts to pass by) ... Oh, the 2 things.
Very angry, I wrote to all, victimizing my own self, feeling self pity; in thought of being righteousness; all that I wanted to preach ..., but ... yes, a but here - didn't post. Why ? - scared of authority; being righteousness; horoscope read - 'watch your voice in official correspondence' (not sure, what exactly, but some / sum of all contributed)

I still prefer remaining victim to aspire.

Ideas are never even DORMANT "<>" !

Few days back my wife asked me to go thru bigB's blog. She has been thru his blog a few times and found great writing, even inspiring. I definitely has no doubt in her saying because of 2 facts here ...

1. I myself am a very big admirer of AB
2. Of-course the suggestion was from my wife, - should-not be considered inappropirate.

So, I finally made up my mind to know my admiration better. Oct 1/2 is the entry that I read, I kept reading on n on n on ... but could not make any sense out of it. I don't mean, by saying this, by any means there is any complexity in the ariticle or AB was not making sence, which as per me is not possible, at al. But, I feel, I was not in a mood to absorb anything. Last couple of days or kinda weeks, that I am in no mood of doing anything. I always questioned, how could anyone, at anytime be in state of not willing to do anything. Now, I do realize and am empathetic with the idea of not doing anything, but antagonize the person's state of affairs which would have led to the situation. Coming back to, why I generally write ... thoughts never stop, my belief so does the pouring of the ideas.

- Now, my idea with the incidence, while reading the article, there is possibility to post my personal reference in THE comment section, at-least wouold catch attention of some. This is backed by my craving of popularizing my thoughts, only with intent of inculcation of thought provocation. Subsequently with the thought of righteaousness of using SOMEONE, by traspassing, does not feel right.

But, if there could a debate and a conclusive remark making inclination suggesting a possibility of utilzing this IDEA's mode for advertising thoughts !!!

Is truth bitter ? It is always !!!

I don't know the passivity of this note ...

• Insight - This guy has multiple perspective, he may induce thoughtfulness in other. OTHERs will stop following someone 'blindly'.
• Principle - There is never a right time to do the right thing. That may bring out mistakes committed. Let the secret die with you. Sharing knowledge is dangerous.
• Inclusive - Team work is completing individual activity, setting composed in a middle of chaos.
• Straight forward - Do not talk about problem unless you have the solution. Since, no solution comes from discussion / experiential inputs. Only an individual and only can individual and no team / group can devise solution.

Greatest of all my discoveries ---

• Leader - Can you mis-lead other enough / hide what is planned for an individual from the same whereas the world know everything, being written all over. Penalize people hard enough to set example for their hideous crimes - of bringing thoughtfulness by not offering fish but to teach how to fish; motivate people by shaking them hard enough to awaken from their sleeps; talk about eliminating mundane, monotoned, laboriousness, machine molded frame of mind by perseverance to excel in attempting to achieve parallelized quality and efficiency.

Along came the spider !

'Taking chance w a partner or a stalker ... what would I perfer ?'

Most people, if the person is intelligent, as partner. I think, I feel it different, I would perfer to my chance with stalker. Amased !

I have a theory, Partner, may (and may not will / would) think in the line of conterpart; wheras S would definitely not, for sure evalulate things critically. Perference for stalker, talking of possiblity: can work for safety, a gardian; additional information, which is always key to any game, informer; ... utlize to capacity, not their but yours. All this in the direction, where you are not looking into, you don't want to look into.

Of course, the back-ground, from where the choice comes from is that of (same) objectivity.

Now, for one not on my side:

My feel, again (sorry to bore) - Never, & for sure never should one mistake of not admiring opponent. More than the (the) challenge, it (does not mean in-animate) gives 2 other important things ... 1 - somewhere within is the answer to over-power; 2 - gives strenght or anguish or hatred to overcome; 3 - (i knew there will be 3) teacher, everything absolutly everything is.

Apologies, for extra 't', just that I didn't feel like clearing it off, and the interest.

Spider, is metaphor for mind weaving a web of conspiracy, emotions, desires ... (oops limited vocab)

Often told by spiritual guru, thoughtlessness is best state of mind, dead spider. Once heard you cannot kill spidy without dieing, you can tranquilize. I am deviating ... see the power, lets get back. Another, point before forward march ('tej chal'), thou there are uncontrolled moments where spider comes to stand still. Ever wondered why ! I am. Is it the right state ! Has the web grown enough, we don't need to weave further ! Could it sence of contentment for mind ! Then why have had evovled from homo sapiens.

I have question ?

Let me take a step back, before I start here.

What I meant by "I have question ?" ... I am sure I have one, but who is this question meant for ? For my family, friends, colleague or myself. Of-course, all question that originate from me, definitely meant to put through, for me first; but beyond ...

Shall I ask another question to myself - what is it in there for "whom" I put it forth. Why would that person bother to answer me --------

With this I wish to emphasis not on whether or not should we speak up - a question; a statement; a comment; suggestion; at times even compliments ... but but but ... the power / influence of being at speaking end ...

World is major driven by two primarily indicative for speech ... benefit and fear ....

benefit for the receiver --- and / or fear of the speaker ...

Let's gauge it, why would you listen to anything or anyone ... because -

- try to find something in it

- love the person, and want to pay attention (be all ears...)

- if i don't, i get caught there may be repercussion

... list is endless or if I may put it like this - judge yourself, the most harmless, selfless sentence that you wish to share, you would definitely be in a position to put it in either one or both the category above.

Whenever you start conversation, first ask your-self what's there in it for the other person, unless you want to scare them. Never scare, because you may get through your words ONLY once by scaring, as there is a very naive (yes, naive and need not be artful) quality of human to recover from threat.

Would you not prefer someone talking to you about you ...

No one has parents

I love my parents & I am not saying you don't. 'Probably' everyone does.

How much do you love yourself, there are times in everyone's life when theu might not love themselves much and somehow my fear is all these thoughts, that come to elderly and grown-ups.

['Another article'] "Dr. Death", ever heard, now this guy is saying people should be allowed to suicide on voluntary basis, and to (at least) my dismay, he seem to be backed by facts, 'elderly' wanna keep "suicide drug" as insurance for no-escape.

........ HAS all the hope died for a 130 yr or for a 30 yr !!!

I recently read an article on ‘Currency wars’, which makes us believe $ is soon going to be in a pothole (I would have loved to use another word; ....but).

Anyways, if that is the case, am I doomed or about to be, “I”, I mean here ‘IT’ (my work) Industry. This is no panic button, I wanna press [moreover, as if I say n people are going to believe]. Actually, the idea here is “Buy Gold” and be a doom slayer (or at least) a saviour. Now, come the chain of thoughts, if I (and now I hear does not only mean ‘me’ or IT but as big as country at-large) .... the crisis (doomsday) expected to come by 2025 (as mentioned) won’t that come today ......

I am definitely not saying don't go and I can't say, as well. This is some thought that I had after reading a news article. Article talked about lesser people are applying, not just skilled professionals (H1s) but also non-skilled (H2s).

Now, the question is ... or i should say there is couple of questions:

first thought, there are not enough sponsors to call upon - bcoz of this or that ... recession and bla bla & bla

an alternate thought, what if people are actually not willing to go out there .... need a reason ? - Picture is not so rosy, now the savings don't happen to be so great ... and another set of bla bla annnnd bla

Enough of blabbering, the One thing that came to my mind was - now its time people from US would like to travel INDIA. This time it is not a leisure trip, but Work Visa to India.

Weird !!! is it ?

Not really so, let’s try taking a deeper look into this, i.e. why would this happen.

You will agree, cost of living is lesser in India if compared.

Will you agree, today 70% of technical work of MNCs is done in India and by Indian (including those not in India).

I don't like this, but sounds true, possible approaches to solutions are given by us (not US of A), get stamped by US (now, not us), and here again, who executes it?

I like the idea, so might you?

Criticize me, Please

Earlier, i thought of naming this as 'idea begets idea' ...... anyways, let me start what i want to share. I love criticism. would you believe ? na, right. Yes, that's right, for a simple reason that humans physiologically cannot withstand opposition.

Now, still if i say I do love criticism, you might think -

either i am proposing myself as super-human

am trying to self-praise

or otherwise, I have definitely gone crazy

... if the above 2 are also not true.

Lets come to the point, instead of further making you bore. If I think criticism is not opposition but it gives me the dimension of the idea which I could think of. Let me elaborate further, I cook rice for you and forget to put salt, now if you do not tell me their is no salt, i will prepare again without salt, after a while you would refuse to eat. And now, I would never know what was wrong that could have made rice better.

In beautiful terms, market analysis can obtained by sharing thought with anyone and everyone. Of course, its not mandatory that you buy everything told.

Now, coming to the side effect of criticism, everyone has an opinion, everyone tells me, my idea is bad, it would never work, no one will ever buy the idea and all that. Do you think, I should still peruse the idea?

I will say, yes, because all those who rejected my thought, without a justification. Ideally, a very difficult thing to follow, I should shun those arguments. BUT, if there is any minutest of the point that need evaluation, it should be. So, it is my responsibility to thank all those who criticize me.

I believe or I would say assume, more appropriately, that you have read the previous entry "Why Innovate !". As I mentioned about it being contd, so here goes the continuation.
Do you still think, people's opinion should make that big a difference, I don't. All that matter about an idea is what you think and not just the idea but also which is even the most important point is You!

So, for me idea is my Passion.

Why Innovate !

I believe its food for your brain, and would assume it for others so as to think the same way.

Why Think ! or Why to share what you think !

Are you scared of sharing an idea because :

1 - Other would disapprove it

2 - Consider you fool

3 - Would steal it and start working on it before you could do something.

No, nothing of this sort is going to happen.

I have always felt and have experienced it as well instead of people disapproving the idea, would rather come forward to give you extra dimention (Careful: do not put the idea in front of anyone in terms of actually asking them an opinion or appearance of asked effort to be made from them). If you ask someone to give an opinion, he / she would be sceptic about it, "why should i spend my time on his / her stupid / not so worthy idea". But ... a very big but (do not ask me whose is it !!!), but still a but, many people would love to give opinion, ofcourse if not asked for, but if just thrown as an open point. Its worth discussing your ideas to any body and every body whether the person has or has not the faintest of visibility of the subject. Lesser the visibility, vague would be the opinion. It is you who, who should not lose the focus during an expressed opinion, because in most of the case new directions of your IDEA can be identified from these points, most of the time not being thought or at least not in the same angle. Now, do you think is it good to discuss things ... or still feel nopeeee.
